Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OSO Clinic. By booking a treatment or consultation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our clients. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • All appointments require a £50 deposit at the time of booking.
  • This deposit is redeemable against your treatment on the day of your appointment.
  • Deposits are refundable or transferable only if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
  • You must notify us of changes or cancellations via email at info@osoclinic.co.uk or by phone ‪+44 7493 101687.

2. Treatment Results & Expectations

  • OSO Clinic does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary from person to person based on individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, and response to treatment.
  • Before-and-after photos shown in consultations or online are examples only, and individual results may differ.
  • We have a strict no-refund policy on treatments that have been carried out, even if results vary from expectations.

3. Reviews, Complications & Emergency Care

  • If you experience complications or require a review after your treatment, you may be asked to attend one of our designated review clinics, which may not be the same location as your original appointment.
  • Travel or other expenses related to review appointments are the responsibility of the client.

4. Medical History & Treatment Suitability

  • Your full medical history will be reviewed during your consultation to ensure you are suitable for the treatment you’re seeking.
  • OSO Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment at any time if we believe it is not safe or appropriate based on your medical background.
  • Please note: At this time, none of our treatments are suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If this applies to you, we kindly ask that you wait until a later date to undergo treatment.

5. Treatment Packages & Expiry

  • All treatment packages must be paid in full before the first session begins.
  • Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will be forfeited after this period.
  • If you cancel or miss an appointment that is part of a package with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session will be deducted from your package.

6. Refunds on Packages

  • Treatment packages are only refundable for medical reasons, and require appropriate supporting documentation.
  • If a refund is granted, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the full list price of the treatments already used, plus any non-attendance fees.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded.

7. Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of the clinic.
  • Missed appointments, or failure to give 24-hour notice, will result in the loss of your deposit or the session from your package.

8. Force Majeure & Clinic Cancellations

  • OSO Clinic may need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
    • Staff illness or unavailability
    • Emergency clinic maintenance
    • Extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
  • In these instances, we will contact you as early as possible to rebook your appointment at a convenient time.
