IV Drips in London

IV Drips

Rehydrate. Replenish. Recharge Your Body from Within.

At OSO Clinic in Central London, our IV Drip Therapy is designed to deliver essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants directly into your bloodstream, providing faster, more effective results than oral supplements. Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, strengthen your immune system, or support your skin’s radiance, our doctor-led IV treatments are tailored to your specific wellness needs.

What Are IV Drips?

IV (Intravenous) Drip Therapy is a modern wellness solution that delivers high-quality, UK-sourced nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for maximum absorption. Each formulation is custom-formulated by our expert team based on your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

Popular IV drip options include

Is IV drip therapy right for you? IV drip therapy is suited to most adults seeking faster nutrient delivery than oral supplements allow. However, IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and we will tell you so. At your free consultation, our doctor reviews your medical history, current medications and the goal of treatment before recommending a protocol.

IV drips may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking anticoagulants, have kidney or heart disease, are on chemotherapy or immunosuppressants, have G6PD deficiency, are receiving active cancer treatment (unless oncology-approved), or have a known allergy to any infusion ingredient. For more on safety considerations and ingredient sourcing, see the NHS guide to vitamins and minerals.

Every protocol at OSO Clinic is prescribed and supervised by a GMC-registered doctor, compounded fresh by a qualified pharmacist for each appointment, and administered in a private treatment room with continuous medical monitoring throughout. Treatments are carried out in a fully equipped medical setting by GMC-registered clinicians trained in IV therapy and emergency care.

IV therapy at OSO Clinic is provided following an individual medical consultation. Suitability, ingredients and dose vary depending on your medical history, symptoms, medication use and treatment goals. IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and should not replace care from your GP, specialist or emergency services. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Why Intravenous (I.V.) Delivery Beats Oral Supplements

Oral vitamin and mineral supplements lose most of their potency before they reach your bloodstream. Stomach acid breaks down active compounds, the liver filters out a percentage on first pass, and absorption depends on a healthy gut. The result: typically only 10-30% of an oral dose reaches the cells that need it.

IV drip therapy bypasses all three barriers. Nutrients enter the bloodstream directly, achieving 90-100% bioavailability within minutes. For high-dose protocols, Vitamin C, Glutathione, NAD+, this difference is particularly clinically significant and is why IV is the route of choice in hospital settings.

IV therapy is not a replacement for a healthy diet or daily multivitamins. It is the right tool when you need a higher dose than oral can deliver, faster onset, or have absorption issues that prevent oral routes from working. For most patients we recommend a combination: maintain a balanced diet and daily oral basics, with periodic IV protocols for specific goals.

How to Choose the Right Drip for You

With 21 protocols on the menu, the question patients ask most often is: which one do I actually need? Here is how Dr Cian recommends starting, by goal.

If you are new to IV therapy, start with one of our Express Drips (£175). A 30-minute, lower-commitment introduction that tells you whether IV therapy fits before you commit to a course. Energy Bloom is the most popular first-time choice.

If you are recovering from flu, surgery, jet lag or a heavy week, Hangover Revival or Anti-Stress Balancing (£275). Magnesium-led blends with full rehydration. Most patients feel the difference within the same day.

If you want to support skin clarity, start with the Skin Brightening Drip (£199), progress to Skin Brightening PRO (£395) once you are committed. Effects build cumulatively over a course of 4-6 weekly sessions, then monthly maintenance.

If you are targeting energy or chronic fatigue, Energy Booster (£395) with amino acids and a full B-complex. Most patients run a course of 4 weekly sessions, then monthly top-ups. We will run baseline bloods if relevant.

If you are building an anti-ageing or longevity protocol, NAD+ Age-Defying 250mg or 500mg. Often combined with skin-brightening or antioxidant infusions. A course of 6-8 sessions is typical for noticeable cellular effect.

If you have a specific medical goal, Bespoke IV Drip (from £275). A doctor-formulated blend designed around your bloodwork, medications and treatment plan. Particularly common for fertility prep, post-surgical recovery and patients with absorption issues.

Most protocols benefit from a course rather than a single session. Your doctor will recommend the right cadence at your free consultation, included in every drip price.

Initial Consultation & Symptom Review

Your appointment opens with a medical consultation. Your doctor reviews your medical history, current medications, allergies and the specific goal you are treating, energy, immunity, skin clarity, recovery or longevity. Together you choose the protocol that fits, or rule IV therapy out entirely if it is not the right route for you. The consultation is included in every drip price.

Customised IV Drip Blend

Once your protocol is confirmed, your blend is compounded fresh on the day using clinical-grade ingredients. Nothing is pre-mixed and nothing sits on a shelf. Each dose is tailored to your baseline health and treatment goal.

Drip Administration

A small cannula is placed in your arm using sterile technique, most patients describe it as a brief pinch, similar to a routine blood test. You then relax in a reclining chair in a private treatment room while the infusion runs over 30 to 90 minutes depending on the protocol. Most patients read, answer emails or simply rest. We provide blankets, phone chargers and refreshments throughout.

Aftercare & Wellness Support

Before you leave, your doctor confirms you feel well and walks through aftercare. Most patients return to work, the gym or social plans immediately, there is no downtime. We send a follow-up message 24 hours later to check how you feel, plus any specific guidance for the protocol you had. Our clinic team is reachable seven days a week if you have questions.
