Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At OSO Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised medical and aesthetic care. To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect clinician and nurse time, we operate a clear booking and cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend (no-show), may result in a charge.

Deposits

• Appointments require a deposit to secure the booking.
• If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or you do not attend, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Treatment Packages & Courses

• If you have purchased a course or package of treatments (for example, IV drip packages), a same-day cancellation or no-show will be counted as one redeemed session from your package.
• This reflects the clinical time, staffing, and preparation allocated specifically for your appointment.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to safely proceed with your treatment.
• In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and the usual cancellation charges may apply.

Sculptra® & LanLuma® Treatments

• Sculptra® and LanLuma® are biostimulatory injectable treatments that require preparation in advance of your appointment.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure these treatments.
• If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you do not attend, or you arrive more than 15 minutes late and the treatment cannot safely proceed, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Exceptions & Goodwill

• We understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise.
• Extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a one-off goodwill waiver may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
